- Our main shipping destinations are Australia, New Zealand, America & UK, however we can provide a quote for international shipping outside of these areas upon request.
Q. What is your Returns / Refunds policy?
- Returns or refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit (with sufficient images and evidence) or faulty. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out so we can help.
- Change Of Mind is not an accepted reason for a return / refund.
Q. What strength / concentration are your perfumes?
- This depends as each perfume is constructed independently to achieve the desired scent. However as a rule of thumb, we generally aim for Eau De Parfum or (Extrait De) Parfum with an aim to create a strong, long lasting scent.
Q. A product is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
- Maybe during our next release... Maybe never! Our aim is to create unique small batch fragrances on a one-off basis, meaning - once they sell out, that's it... No more. However we may occasionally restock popular scents.
Q. Do you do bulk orders and custom items for special occasions?
We sure do! With enough time and information about what you're after, we can create a unique scent just for you.
